Membership is open to all Māori researchers, including professional staff from any faculty or career stage at AUT, who have an active interest in Māori research and working with our communities. General members strengthen the network by supporting its goals, participating in group activities, sharing their expertise, following ethical guidelines in Māori research and attending our Hui ā Tau (Annual General Meeting).
Affiliated membership is open to researchers who have an interest in Māori research, and support the values and goals of the network. This includes collaborators, partners and others who wish to work alongside Māori researchers. Affiliated members may be invited to contribute advice or participate in activities, helping the network to welcome wider connections and support.
